While God and the Bible are the ultimate authority for LACC, there is a leadership structure that keeps the church moving in the right direction.
The leadership has a few integral roles. First, elders. LACC is first and foremost an elder-led church. The elders provide oversight, vision, and guidance to the corporate side of the church and most importantly the spiritual side of the church.
Second, pastors. Connections Pastor, Derek Tennant provides the leadership and everyday decision making for the paid staff. The paid staff is made up of full-time ministry staff, full-time support staff, and part-time ministry and support staff.
At the end of the day, our goal is to honor God in all we do.
Our vision is to lead everyone we meet into a life-saving relationship with Christ.
We accomplish this in three specific ways by:
Reaching people with the gospel of Christ.
Through relevant messages, inspiring worship, and an invitation to come right now as you are and where you are, we want to you to know how much Christ cares for you and wants to offer you grace and freedom.
Reviving the with His love
Life is tough, crazy and busy. We want LACC to be a place where you can come to be revived and renewed. Bible Studies, Life Groups and friendship are just a few of the ways we accomplish this.
Releasing them to build His kingdom
Jesus says to GO and make disciples of all nations. Here at LACC we want to equip people to share Christ in their everyday journeys. We have the ONLY light that can save this dark world. We want to help you share that light with others.
